The legend continues … getting bigger and better all the time! FACES, Sacramento’s premier GLBTI Nightclub since 1985 is growing to meet the ever changing tastes and needs of the Sacramento community. Started as a club for Gay Men in the mid-1980s, FACES has continued to expand its focus to include EVERYONE in the local party scene. With the additions of Club 21 and Bo Jangles Dance Club to the family in recent years, and the new Headhunters’ Video Bar and Grille OPENING NEXT MONTH the FACES family of GLBTI venues has something to offer for everyone!

The company’s motto has always been “Everyone is Welcome”. Club 21 features a women’s focus on weekends, providing a much needed social outlet for Sacramento’s Lesbian population. Bo Jangles Dance Club (of Folsom Boulevard fame), Sacramento’s 18 and over GLBTI club operates on its traditional Wednesday night and now Sunday nights as well inside Club 21 – conveniently located a block away from FACES on 21st Street between K & L. The new Headhunters’ Video Lounge and Grille caters to an upscale “After 5” Happy Hour market, including traditional Hawaiian/American cuisine at reasonable prices. Keep your eyes open for PICKUPS coffee house opening later this winter directly adjacent to Headhunters - with yet another new bar in the rear of the facility focusing on Gay Male clientele in a Leather/Levi motif. And of course FACES itself welcomes everyone in the rainbow … Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered, Transsexual, Intersex and friendly Straight folks 21 and over are all welcome to come join the party!

Consistently voted #1 Dance Club in Sacramento by News & Review and Sacramento Bee FACES nightclub is broken into four major “theme” areas: A front PIANO/FIREPLACE lounge, The main DANCE FLOOR & BAR, the VIDEO BAR, and BACK INDOOR/OUTDOOR PATIO (check for updates as this area is under construction and is not always open). There are semi-covered smoking areas for your convenience. 10 bars located strategically throughout the facility insure that you NEVER WAIT FOR A DRINK AT FACES. Featuring state-of-the-art sound, lighting and video systems in the two dance areas, and catering to a variety of tastes and styles, the club’s programs include Country, Karaoke, Strippers, Live Cabaret, DOWNTOWN DIVAS, Hi-NRG Dance, Salsa & Latin House, Hard House, Classic Disco, Top 40 and R&B programs throughout the week, we hope that you find something to peak your interest!

Now underway, our major renovation and expansion of the 20th & K Street facility encompasses over 16,000 square feet on two floors, 15 bar stations, three patio areas, a new VIP lounge, expanded dance floor, showroom, Internet Café and a FULL SIZE SWIMMING POOL!
